Access requests and email delivery

When you request access, we collect your name, work email, organization, and any optional scheduling context you provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request.

The form is processed by the Rosterade API and sent through Amazon Simple Email Service to the Rosterade inbox responsible for access requests. Rosterade does not create an application database or CRM lead record from this form. The message remains subject to the retention practices of Amazon SES and the recipient mailbox.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 runs only after you choose Accept cookies. It helps us understand page views and a small set of interactions. We do not send form values, names, email addresses, organization names, or free-text responses to Google Analytics.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Operational data

Our hosting and security services may process request metadata such as time, route, status, and IP address to deliver and protect the site. Form values are not placed in URLs or application logs.
